GUT FEELINGS MERI JAAN
Commissioned Filmmaker & Participant on Jasleen Kaurs 'Gut Feelings Meri Jaan' exhibition shown at Touchstones, Rochdale in association with UP Projects. The exhibition is a result of a collaboration between Jasleen and a group of womxn from Rochdales Punjabi, Bangali and Pakistani communities where they met fortnightly over the course of a few months to take part in conversation lead workshops exploring ideas around inheritance and belonging, land and migration, ritual and healing.
The series of films shown in the exhibition space were filmed and edited by Alina Akbar.
